Sales Engineering

This unit is the beating heart of Iran Industrial Vibrations’ factory group. Guided by up-to-date knowledge and a customer-focused approach, its specialists and project managers continually strive to provide customers with the best service.

We regularly monitor and collect information, carrying out detailed analyses of product cost and sales in accordance with ISO9001 guidelines. Working with the engineering design team, we aim to offer customers the most effective designs for improved product efficiency while maintaining the highest quality.

The unit also undertakes free annual visits to all installed products at major industrial plants across the country. In coordination with mechanical and maintenance departments, we review joint installation, performance and overall condition. At the end of each visit, all findings are reported in writing to the managers of the relevant units.
