Product Introduction

ASA spring absorbers contain the vibration produced by equipment such as compressors, pumps, chillers and industrial fans, so that noise pollution, unwanted shaking of other parts and long-term damage do not arise. They are built from coated steel coil springs with controlled stiffness plus auxiliary elastomeric elements, and are designed from dynamic calculations for a low natural frequency and vibration isolation over a wide frequency range. Light to heavy loading is covered, and besides standard models, custom design is carried out from mass, natural frequency, vibration amplitude and type of loading, with seismic and lateral-wind-load resistance available. Applications: HVAC (chiller, cooling tower, air handler, fan, pump), rotating equipment (compressor, generator, turbine) and vibration-sensitive production lines. Testing and analysis are done in an ISO 17025 laboratory.
