Iran Industrial Vibrations began operating in 1348 SH (the Solar Hijri calendar), under a Ministry of Industries operating licence and the name ‘Rubber Manufacturing’. With the registration of Iran Industrial Vibrations in 1370 SH, the company expanded into flexible joints and other equipment for the oil, gas, petrochemical, power and mining industries.
Iran Industrial Vibrations draws on skilled, experienced specialists and a range of manufacturing equipment, including hydraulic presses, roll-forming machines, automatic welding equipment for stainless-steel tubes, metal-hose forming equipment using the Elastoform method, a rubber-hose production line and equipment for heat-resistant fabric joints. These capabilities support the design, manufacture and supply of a broad range of flexible joints.

Ali Shahidian Akbar is Chairman of the Board of Iran Industrial Vibrations and the original founder of the company. He played a fundamental role in establishing and developing this industry in Iran, and manufacturing these components made a significant contribution to reducing the country’s economic and industrial dependence.
Alireza Shahidian graduated in mechanical engineering, specialising in heat and fluids. He also continued his postgraduate studies in professional business management (MBA). He was appointed Sales Manager of Iran Industrial Vibrations in 97 SH and has served as Deputy CEO of the company from 99 SH to the present.
Ali Danande, a materials engineering graduate of Sharif University of Technology, joined Iran Industrial Vibrations as Deputy CEO in 1393 SH. Over these years, while retaining that position, he held various responsibilities including procurement management, factory management and sales management. In Esfand 1397 SH, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Iran Industrial Vibrations.
